Set on 2.5 acres in beautiful Sian Kaan, Villa Mayan is a three bedroom fully serviced villa occupying a privileged location between the Caribbean and the Campechen lagoon.
Yet, should you desire to visit with the rest of humanity you are only 15 minutes from the Tulum hotel and restaurant beach zone, 30 minutes from a supermarket and 35 minutes from Tulum town.
Upon entering the villa, the living room, dining room, kitchen, deck and pool are on the same level. The second level is the perfect place for sunning on the roof, with a nearby plunge pool to cool off. Instead, the third level is the best place to watch the sunset over the Campechen Lagoon. Enjoy a cocktail as you review the day’s events. It's also a great place to see the sunrise over the Caribbean ocean. Enjoy an early morning meditation or yoga on top of it all.

Rooms:
Bedroom 1
Located on the main level, this 330 sqf king room is located in a private wing connected to the villa by decking. Luxurious creature comforts include towels and crisp cotton percale bed linens by Frette. If the percale sheets don’t keep you cool enough, our Eight Sleep bed will, along with air conditioning. Sonos speakers and a 42” Roku TV add to the high tech features of this room. Double sinks with a view, indoor shower and a separate WC complete the master bathroom.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom allows you to walk out onto your private terrace, close to the beach and pool. Includes both an indoor and outdoor shower, double sinks and private WC. Bedroom 2 also includes, Sonos speaker, 42” Roku TV and air conditioning. Frette sheets and linens finish off the creature comforts.
Bedroom3
This beachfront bedroom is the only king bedroom located on the second floor. It boasts spectacular high ocean views. This room has ensuite facilities with an indoor and outdoor shower, double sinks, and a separate WC . Bedroom 3 amenities include Crisp percale bed linens by Frette, an Eight sleep bed , air conditioning, 42” Roku TV and, Sonos speaker.

Meals:
We have designed a daily menu for your stay, according to your preferences. We are open to changes but we need some time in advance.
Breakfast
Buffet of regional fruit, yoghurt, granola, waffles, cereals, eggs or pancakes.
Freshly squeezed orange juice, bread, coffee, a selection of teas.
Lunch
Served between 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm.
Dinner
Served between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
